Our events don't happen without people on the hill making them run. Whether you've officiated for years or have never worked a race before, there's a job for you.
Volunteer Opportunities
Race Officials
Timers, gate judges, course workers, and technical delegates. Essential roles that keep competitions fair and accurate.
Registration
Check-in athletes, distribute bibs, and help with race day logistics. First point of contact for competitors.
Course Crew
Course setup, maintenance, and safety. Help prepare and maintain the competition venue throughout the day.
Hospitality
Food service, athlete support, and general assistance. Help create a welcoming environment for all participants.

How to Get Started
Four steps and you're on a crew for race day.
Check the Event Schedule
Review the competition calendar and find events where you'd like to volunteer. Most events need volunteers for the full day or half-day shifts.
Contact the Event Organizer
Reach out to the event organizer or Southwest Conference coordinator to express your interest. They'll provide specific details about volunteer needs and schedules.
Complete Registration
Fill out the volunteer registration form and any required waivers. This helps us ensure proper insurance coverage and event planning.
Show Up on Race Day
Arrive at your call time, check in with the volunteer coordinator, and settle into the day.
